List once. Reach serious seekers fast.
RentHub is built for landlords, property managers, agents, and companies that let residential or commercial space. Verify your identity, publish trustworthy listings, see viewing bookings, message tenants with context, and prepare Active Tenancy contracts — all in one professional app.
Why landlords choose RentHub
Fill vacancies faster without drowning in scattered WhatsApp threads, unclear “is it still available?” messages, or no-shows you never scheduled.
Reach in seconds
Go live on Explore and put your property in front of locals, expats, and companies who are already shopping by type and budget.
Qualified interest
Tenants verify before messaging or booking. Conversations stay tied to your listing — so you always know which unit they mean.
Organised viewings
Confirm or suggest slots, track who is coming, and reduce the chaos of verbal appointments that never show up.
Leases in-app
Start Active Tenancy, invite a tenant by phone, draft and send the lease, dual e-sign, and keep the PDF under My tenancies.
Built for owners, managers, and agencies
Whether you let one cottage or manage a portfolio — including commercial stock — onboarding covers how you actually operate.
Individual landlords
Verify once, list with realistic photos, and manage enquiries without posting the same ad across every group chat.
Property managers
Keep drafts, live listings, and taken units on a dashboard. Mark units taken when leased, relist when ready, and track viewing demand.
Agents
Onboard as an agent, list on behalf of owners, and present a professional presence tenants can trust.
Companies letting space
Company accounts with registration details and a Company listing badge — suited to employers or businesses with staff housing or commercial units to fill.
Residential inventory
Rooms, flats, townhouses, houses, short stays, serviced units, mixed-use with living space — with amenities and “who it suits” so the right tenants find you.
Commercial & industrial
Shops, offices, mall units, warehouses, workshops, land, and farms — with business-use prefs, parking, signage, loading, and power details seekers actually filter on.
Student Housing
List rooms and residences for students in a dedicated space. Link listings to universities or colleges, set owner kind, and reach seekers browsing by campus — learn more.
Universities & colleges
Publish official campus residences where students already look — clearly labelled alongside private nearby options on each institution page.
Selling instead of letting?
The same verified account can publish For sale listings with ownership papers, rates status, and payment details — see property sellers.
Landlord onboarding
Complete these steps in the RentHub app under Account → Become a landlord. Verification protects tenants and credible landlords alike — and is how RentHub regulates who can publish.
-
Sign in & start
Open RentHub with your phone number and begin the landlord application from your profile. You can switch Tenant / Landlord mode on one account.
-
Your profile
Choose Individual, Agent, or Company. Add legal name, ID information, contact details, and business registration where applicable.
-
Identity documents
Upload a face photo, government ID or passport, and proof of address. Companies provide registration and authorised contact documents.
-
Property address
Confirm where you operate from and that you own or manage the homes or commercial units you intend to list.
-
Review & submit
Confirm accuracy, accept the Landlord Terms of Use, and submit for RentHub review.
-
Approval
Our team reviews applications — typically within one to two business days. You cannot publish until approved. That screening is what tenants rely on.
-
List your property
Add listing credit, upload realistic photos of the actual property, set pricing, location, amenities, and who or what it suits — then go live on Explore. Choose For rent or For sale when you create the listing (selling guide).
After you are approved

Why verification matters
Tenants — locals, expats, and companies — meet landlords with confidence when identity is checked before publish. That is how RentHub stays credible, and how serious landlords stand out from scams.
Regulated content also protects you: seekers who verify before they message are more likely to be real people ready to view and lease.
Help seekers shop — then meet with purpose
Tenants on RentHub shop properties like groceries: they filter by type, budget, and location, open only promising listings, and check amenities before they ask to meet. Strong photos and clear details make your unit easy to shortlist.
When both sides are ready, you are not starting from a blank WhatsApp. The listing, chat, viewing, and Active Tenancy contract stay connected — so leasing moves faster with less energy wasted on confusion.
Professional from day one
Attract more of the right tenants with complete listings, realistic photos, and fast replies. Publishing tips inside the app help you stand out on Explore.
Manage listings from your phone
After verification, publish photo-complete stock, respond to inquiries, and keep viewings organised in the landlord dashboard.
