Complete these steps in the RentHub app under Profile → Become a landlord. Verification protects tenants and credible landlords alike.

Sign in & start
Open RentHub with your phone number and begin the landlord application from your profile.

Your profile
Individual or company details: legal name, ID information, contact details, and business registration where applicable.

Identity documents
Upload a face photo, government ID or passport, and proof of address. Companies provide registration and authorised contact documents.

Property address
Confirm where you operate from and that you own or manage the homes you intend to list.

Review & submit
Confirm accuracy, accept the Landlord Terms of Use, and submit for RentHub review.

Approval
Our team reviews applications — typically within one to two business days. You cannot publish until approved.

List your property
Add listing credit, upload realistic photos of the actual property, set pricing and location, and go live on Explore.
